☆☆☆UPDATE ON WORK PARTIES☆☆☆

Today the club has received  notification that Work Parties in groups up to 15 can continue during lockdown, BUT, just right now the  committee believe just because you can does not mean you should.

The health of Lymm members and the community is our priority and We believe the infection rates locally are too high and we will continue to monitor the situation during lockdown and provide updates when we can.

Members who don't wish to purchase an overstamp and earn hold on purchasing one at this point as we believe there will be scope in time to earn an overstamp before March 15th.

☆☆☆BELMONT COMPLEX UPDATE☆☆☆

Lymm Angling Club would like to send out a huge thank you to all the volunteers that has helped out on the project over the past months.  Your efforts have turned this complex around and we can not thank you enough, keep an eye out this week on Facebook for a update on the future of the complex,  exciting times to come!!

☆☆NOTICE RE SHAKERELY MERE WASH HANDS FREQUENTLY DURING AND AFTER VISITS☆☆

The results of a recent test on the water taken after wildlife was found deceased have revealed severely elevated levels of blue green algae. Right now angling is not effected but we can not emphasise enough the importance of minimising contact with the water and thorough hand washing after coming into contact with the water or holding the fish.
